Small-group classes, daily practice tests, doubt clinics, and fellowship teaching.

The ground floor is Synapse's active classroom in Chamba. Students work in small groups with a guide who knows every learner. Every class concludes with a short practice test on the topic just taught, and doubts are solved in separate dedicated sessions.

What is planned & verified
  • Small-group classes across four tracks (PCM, PCB, CUET UG)
  • Daily practice tests at the end of each class
  • Doubt clinics in separate short sessions
  • Entrance baseline diagnostic for children (places learners, never excludes)
  • Teaching fellows: graduates teaching one class a day while preparing

We plan a quiet library for study and reading, open to any learner or resident with a reader card. It will house dedicated desks for quiet study and curated reference collections.

Desks for a few startups who must teach, opening only when there are real founders.

We intend the top floor for local founders and builders who commit to teaching and mentoring children in return for desk space and community. It will open only when real founders are present in the district.

Synapse expands strictly in order. Floor G finances its own guide and classroom. Floor 1 opens only when enough readers purchase cards. Floor 2 opens only when genuine founders need desks. We take no outside capital until 5-6 centres are thriving.
