Synapse
DIRECTION · FUTURE CENTRES DIRECTION

One district, one specialisation.

The planned expansion model for Synapse: Circle to Library to Campus. Chamba is our only centre today. Growth is funded only from operating revenue with no outside money until five to six centres.

01 THE EXPANSION MODEL

Circle to Library to Campus.

We do not open empty commercial campuses. Each centre begins as an agile study circle in a partner space, grows into a community library, and expands into a full campus only when local demand is proven.

Stage 01: Circle

An initial small-group classroom pod in a partner space, running daily classes, entrance baselines, and peer teaching.

Requirement:

Requires a verified local guide, classroom space, and active student demand.

Stage 02: Library

Adding the quiet Knowledge Commons floor when enough local readers register and purchase reader cards.

Requirement:

Requires dedicated quiet desks, reference collections, and cardholder subscriptions.

Stage 03: Campus

A complete three-floor gurukul: Learning Commons on Floor G, Knowledge Commons on Floor 1, and Venture Hub on Floor 2.

Requirement:

Requires sustainable operating revenue and resident builders who teach children.

02 LOCAL ROOTS

Rooted in district ecology.

Each district has its own crafts, ecology, and technical requirements. Rather than forcing a generic curriculum, future centres will specialize in their district's core strengths.

District Ecology

Chamba's Specialisation is Open

Chamba's specialisation is open: we are currently determining whether Chamba's primary focus should be mountain hydrology, timber craft engineering, or computational linguistics.

Current Operating Reality

One Centre Today

Chamba is our only centre today. We do not announce or promise centres in any other district until the Chamba classroom is fully proven.

03 ILLUSTRATIVE MODEL

Progression gates and growth rules.

Below is an illustrative overview of how a centre progresses across stages without speculative outside capital.
